As a participant in Youth Theatre Carson City programs, every student is automatically enrolled in our Production Points Awards Program.  Students can earn points by performing or working on YTCC Productions, attending classes and workshops, viewing and reviewing community theatre events and more!

Production Points are awarded as follows:



Participation as a performer in any YTCC Production:  5 points

Participation as a technician attending all rehearsals for any YTCC Production:  7 points

Participation as an assistant director or stage manager for any YTCC Production:  8 points

Participation as a technician only attending final rehearsals and performances for any YTCC Production:  3 points

Participation in any YTCC Workshop or Class:  1-3 points

Participation in any YTCC Talent Show, Showcase or Fundraiser:  2 points

Active Membership in the YTCC Showstoppers for an entire season:  10 points

Attendance at any YTCC Production or Performance as an audience member:  2 points each (with a ticket stub or program and short write-up)

Attendance at any community or professional theatrical event:  1 point each (with a ticket stub or program and short write-up)

Attendance at any community or professional theatrical class or workshop:  1 point each (with a short write-up)



Extra points may be awarded for exemplary performance or behavior at the discretion of the YTCC Staff.  Points may be deducted for unacceptable behavior, attendance or attitude at the discretion of the YTCC Staff.
